We spend a great amount of time with each client, assessing their needs for their specific situation. Once the contract is signed, an investigator is assigned to the case. The investigator begins the case within 72 hours.

After each day of surveillance, the client is updated (either by phone or e-mail), and the client can decide from there if they would like to continue surveillance. At the end of the investigation, the client is supplied with a written chronological report and a videotape, which document all of the activities. Material supplied is all court-ready, and the investigator is available for court testimony if necessary.
